NutraQ is growing rapidly, and so we are strengthening our HR department with an experienced HR & Office coordinator. You will be the go-to person for everything involving HR administration, which includes further developing our HR processes so that they are even more professional, lean and compliant. You will also be the person responsible for office operations such as canteen, parking, office policies etc.
HR is going through a digital transition and the person we are looking for will have a key role in this transition. With multiple digitalization projects coming up we are relying on you to assist with configuration and implementation of new systems. When systems are implemented you will be the point of contact for users and suppliers. Since this is a new position there will be possibilities for influencing one's role and responsibilities.
You will be seated in our new offices in Skøyen, Oslo and be part of an international HR team who will be there to support and guide you on your way. You will report to Senior HR Business Partner Norway.

Responsibilities:
- Employment contracts, onboarding and offboarding
- Operational personnel and employment matters (pension, insurance, sick leave)
- General HR, inquiries/documents/information
- Administrating office, personnel data and HR systems
- Administrate pension, insurance, benefis
- Monitoring and updating employee handbook and other employee documents
- Updating and monitoring intranet postings
- Configure and implement HR digital tools and systems
- Support and assist in recruitment processes when needed
- Assist with payroll preparations, statistics and reporting (absence, vacation, overtime, sick-leave etc.)
- Assist with employee survey and competency development follow up and projects
Requirements:
- Relevant education within HR / organization on Bachelor or Master level
- 2-5 years of experience from HR and office administration
- Good knowledge of Norwegian work legislation
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office and Office 365
- Experience from using and implementing HR systems, preferably HR Manager and or/ Quinyx
- Experience in working in projects
- Excellent skills in Norwegian and English, both written and orally
