On behalf of our client BW Offshore, we are currently looking for a professional and service minded Administration Assistant. You will be working with different departments at all levels of the company, with a focus on the management group. The selected candidate is expected to be an experienced administrator with a proactive approach and is comfortable taking responsibility. Experience from working in an international company or with relevant tasks is therefore a great advantage. English is the business language in the office, and proficiency is a requirement. In addition, it is a definitive advantage to be able to communicate well in Norwegian, both orally and written. Please attach your CV in english when applying for this position.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to assigned Manager(s) / team
- Travel Management:
- Booking and coordination of travel arrangements such as flights, accommodation, visa applications etc.
- Prepare and follow up on expense reimbursements
- Secretarial Management:
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and other periodical reporting material as requested
- Schedule, calendar planning and coordination of meetings and workshops
- Deputise as Receptionist covering holidays, absences etc.
- Any other duties that may be assigned
We believe you fulfill most or all of the following criteria:
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience from a business administration function or as an Administrative Assistant, preferably 5+ years of experience
- Experience from similar positions will be advantageous, especially from international business and cross-cultural environments
- Experience in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Proficient in MS Office applications, and able to create professional reports and presentations on behalf of Managers
- Proficient in English and Norwegian (oral and written)
